    Wednesday: ARRIVAL

    - Welcome drink: Warm adaptogenic mushroom latte
    - Introduction to the space by your hosts Vilde and Emilie

    18:00 - 18:45 Yoga
    - Grounding practice to release travel tension with Emilie

    18:45 - 19:30 Opening circle
    - Introducing the retreat theme of connection to nature and the elements

    20:00 Welcome Dinner
    - A hearty, seasonal meal

    21:00 Evening tea with calming herbs.

    Thursday: EARTH

    08:30 - 09:30 Morning Yoga
    - A grounding practice inspired by the element of EARTH, led by Emilie.

    09:30 Breakfast
    - A traditional nordic breakfast buffet. Tea and coffee.

    11:00 Tea & Workshop
    - Why we Retreat - led by Emilie

    13:30 Lunch
    - A wholesome meal made with root vegetables and grounding ingredients.

    14:30 - 17:00
    - Free time
    - Optional 1:1 (additional cost)

    18:00 Dinner
    - A dinner buffet inspired by our theme of the day, EARTH

    19:30 Grounding Cacao Ceremony
    - led by Emilie and Vilde

    Friday: AIR

    08:30 - 09:30 Morning Yoga
    - A dynamic yoga practice to awaken the body and connect with the element of AIR through breath-focused and balancing movements with Emilie

    09:30 Breakfast
    - A fresh and nourishing breakfast buffet, tea and coffee

    10:30 - 14:30
    - Free time
    - Optional 1:1 (additional cost)

    14:30 Lunch
    - Seasonal lunch buffet with focus on fresh salads, leafy greens, herbs, seeds.

    - Science of Self-love - led by Emilie

    18:30 Dinner
    - A seasonal 3 course meal, inspired by the theme of AIR

    20:00 Evening Yin & Meditation
    - led by Emilie

    Saturday: FIRE

    08:30 - 10:00 Morning Yoga
    - A flowing practice inspired by the element of FIRE, focusing on building warmth and inner strength, led by Emilie.

    10:00 Breakfast
    - A booming breakfast/brunch buffet made to energize you for the day. Tea and coffee.

    11:30 - 13:00
    - Free time
    - Optional 1:1 (additional cost)

    13:00 - 14:30
    Sauna & Cold Plunge Ritual - Nordic Self-care with Vilde. We will explore different aromatherapies in the sauna, and feel the ancient nordic forces by jumping in the nearby lake.

    14:30 Afternoon tea
    - Snacks, tea & coffee.

    15:00 - 17:30
    - Free time

    17:30 Dinner
    - A special feast with rich spices to celebrate the FIRE in our food.

    19:00 FIRE Ceremony
    - We write down what no longer serves us and release it into the fire, followed by a sharing circle under the stars (if weather allows)

    Sunday: WATER

    07:30 - 08:30 Lymphatic Yoga
    - A gentle practice to detoxify and prepare the body for transition back to daily life, led by Emilie.

    08:30 Breakfast
    - Light and nourishing breakfast to support a smooth integration of the yoga class.

    09:30 - 11:00 Free time and packing

    11:00 - 12:00 Closing ceremony
