    - Grounding practice to release travel tension with Emilie

    18:45 - 19:30 Opening circle
    - Introducing the retreat theme of connection to nature and the elements with Emilie

    20:00 Welcome Dinner
    - Root & Nourish: A hearty, seasonal meal featuring vegetables like sweet potato, beetroot, carrot, kale and onions made by Vilde

    21:00 Evening tea with calming herbs.

    Friday: AIR

    07:30 - 08:30 Morning Yoga
    - A dynamic yoga practice to awaken the body and connect with the element of AIR through breath-focused and balancing movements with Emilie

    09:00 Breakfast
    - A fresh and nourishing breakfast buffet, tea and coffee, made by Vilde

    10:00 - 12:00 Workshop: Sacred Elements – Earth, Water, Fire, and Air led by Emilie
    - Fire: Energizing breathwork
    - Air: Guided imagery
    - Earth: Grounding practice
    - Water: Reflections & Thoughts on emotional flow and letting go.

    12:30 Lunch
    - Seasonal lunch buffet with focus on fresh salads, leafy greens, herbs, seeds, made by Vilde

    13:30 - 16:30 Free time

    16:30 - 17:00 Forest Meditation with Emilie

    17:30 Dinner
    - A seasonal 3 course meal, inspired by Nordic cuisine, made by Vilde

    19:30 Cacao Ceremony led by Emilie
    - Drumming, visualization, and guided connection with inner wisdom by Vilde
    - Hands-on Reiki healing and sound bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls

    21:00 Evening tea with calming herbs. Fruit and snacks will be available.

    Saturday: FIRE

    07:30 - 08:30 Morning Yoga
    - A flowing practice inspired by the element of FIRE, focusing on building warmth and inner strength, led by Emilie.

    09:00 Breakfast
    - A breakfast buffet made to energize you for the day, including hot porridge. Tea and coffee. Made by Vilde

    10:00 - 12:30 Free time

    12:30 Lunch
    - A warm and spicy vegetable curry, served with different grains, made by Vilde.

    13:30 - 15:00 Free time

    15:00 - 15:30 Sauna & Cold Plunge Ritual - Nordic Self-care
    - Free time or optional participation in sauna and cold plunge ritual. We will explore different aromatherapies in the sauna, and feel the ancient nordic forces by jumping in the nearby lake, led by Vilde.

    15:30-17:30 Sauna or free time

    18:00 Dinner
    - A special feast celebrating flavors of the season and communal connection. A dinner buffet influenced by rich spices to celebrate the FIRE in our food. Made by Vilde

    19:30 Bonfire Ceremony: Letting Go
    - We write down what no longer serves us and release it into the fire, followed by a sharing circle under the stars. Led by Emilie.

    21:00 Evening tea with calming herbs. Fruit and snacks will be available.

    Sunday: WATER

    07:30 - 08:30 Lymphatic Yoga
    - A gentle practice to detoxify and prepare the body for transition back to daily life, led by Emilie.
    - An herbal elixir to support lymphatic function will be served after the class.

    09:00 Breakfast
    - Light and nourishing breakfast to support a smooth integration of the yoga class. Made by Vilde.

    09:30 - 10:30 Free time and packing

    10:30 - 11:30 Sound Bath by the Sea
    - Healing alchemist sound bath with crystal healing bowls

    12:00 Departure
    - Farewell with a small parting gift to take the ways of Nordic Nurture back home.
