Terms & Agreement for Vexa

Welcome to Vexa – By registering for and participating in our retreats, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully as it outlines your rights and responsibilities.

1. Transfers

3.1 Your booking may be transferred to another participant upon approval by Vexa, provided this request is made at least 10 days before the retreat start date.

2. Travel and insurance

We highly recommend holiday/travel insurance for all clients. This must be bought independently as it is not included in the retreat price. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

2.1. Travel Arrangements: Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the country where the retreat is arranged.

2.2. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as illness, travel delays, or cancellations.

3. Health and safety

3.1. Health Requirements: By registering, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health to participate in the retreat activities. It is your responsibility to inform Vexa of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions in advance.

3.2. Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that some activities may involve inherent risks. By participating, you accept responsibility for your own safety and well-being. Never hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about this before joining one of our retreats.

4. Code of conduct

4.1. Respect for others: Participants are expected to respect the retreat leaders, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

4.2. Compliance: Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines provided by Vexa and the retreat venue.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. All retreat materials provided by Vexa are the intellectual property of Vexa and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Liability waiver

6.1. By participating in a Vexa retreat or event, you agree to release Vexa, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the retreat.

7. Photo and Video Consent

7.1. Vexa may take photos or videos during the retreat or event for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to the retreat.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Vexa is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
